    Love and Give without Expectation

  • Here are some Tips for Making New Years Resolutions ~
    1. Don’t set Resolutions above and beyond your personal means.
    2. Set just a few. Less stress from setting yourself up for failure.
    3. Make Long Term Resolutions and Short Term Resolutions.
    4. Same Resolutions! Be cautious, evaluate if it is a tool for encouragement of a need for change.
    5. Journal it. Great for looking back at all your accomplishments.
    6. Share with family and friends for support and accountability.
